So here's the story.
I love art so very very much, but I believe I don't have the skills to satisfy my own want to reproduce beauty. As much as I tried in the past, I couldn't get drawings right. I would jump from picture to picture trying each one once, failing, and getting caught up.
I looked at video games, my all-time love, for inspiration. In games, when you fail, you try the same level over and over until you get it right, and usually, this will help your skill on later levels (sometimes you can even go back and become better). So I embarked upon my journey; I picked a few pictures in which I hoped to draw beautifully and drew them over and over again until I was (somewhat) satisfied. Thus, my "Series" drawings were born.
I chose 20 minutes for each drawing simply to make sure I'm always challenged and don't burn out. I also heard somewhere that a true artist will draw with as little strokes as possible, so I hope to become more efficient as I go.
I hope you enjoy seeing my growth as much as I do myself.
